Over the years as we all know, The Stranglers have had their fair share of exposure in the press! At the height of their fame, or 'infamy' they were regular features in the music press along with the non music press. ReplyDeleteJust read this review. Admittedly it's not the perfect album, but come on Mr Kent! A lack of variety in how the musicians were playing these songs? A brief glance at the sleeve notes indicates that these live tracks were recorded in a period of little over one year (June 1977 to Sept 1978).
Did someone say 'Wanker'?
